The ability to work with others in presidents is a key attribute. With the system of checks and balances, its important that a president is able to contribute and work streamlined with his counsels and other head honchos in government.

Obama is a great example for his ability to work with others. During his presidential election, he ran again who would have been the first lady president, Hillary Clinton. After his administration had won, Barack Obama to appointed Hillary Clinton secretary of state. This just shows awesome sportsmanship.

During the Cuban Missile crisis, President Kennedy showed great example of ability to work with others. While his officials were telling him to nuke them, he decided to establish a call line directly to the cuban leader and resolved the issue.
